Crane's Mill has a full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Transition Coordinator at our West Caldwell community!

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training/Certifications:

Required: High School Diploma/GED

Preferred: BS/BA Degree in Communications and Marketing, or job-related experience.

Prior experience working in an Independent living and/or CCRC environment preferred.

Skill(s):

1. Excellent organizational & time management skills.

2. Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

3. Able to think and exercise independent judgment when responding to customer

request in a timely manner

4. A self-starter, able to exercise discretion & independent judgment

5. An enthusiastic person with sincere compassion for the senior population.

6. Professional appearance & proper phone etiquette without fail.

7. Computer experience, CRM experience a plus

8. Dependable & have flexibility with work hours

9. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and excellent interpersonal skills in

promotion and maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with all

individuals both internal and external to the Community

10. Must have "A SENSE OF HUMOR"

General Responsibilities

  • Encourages, participates, and actively contributes to the achievement of the department’s census goals.
  • Acts as a liaison during the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition of the new resident moving into the community.
  • Fulfills other duties as assigned necessary for the efficient operation of the facility and organization.
