We have a new opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician II at Crane's Mill, a 5 star retirement community!

General Responsibilities
The primary function of this position is to perform the duties to keep the structure of the facility in good repair. These duties include the repair and maintenance of HVAC equipment, machinery and medical equipment with diagrams, schedules, operation manuals and manufacturer’s specifications using power tools, precision measuring and testing equipment.

Basic Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications: High school Diploma/GED – Required; Valid Driver’s License & Certification in a trade.
Skill(s): Basic computer knowledge; listening, verbal, writing and visual skills.
Experience: Three to five years of experience with all phases of the Maintenance trade or 10+ years of experience in all phases of construction or in the maintenance trade.
