We have an opening for a Full-Time Residency Advisor Coordinator! In this role, you will:

  1. Works closely with the Residency Advisor(s) to achieve census goals.
  2. Accurately inputs, updates, and maintains data in the company’s CRM and reporting systems.
  3. Communicate and work with prospects to further along the decision-making process.
  4. Maintain regular contact with prospects currently in the pipeline as well as build relationships with prospects and families.
  5. Collaborates, plans and helps to execute marketing events.
  6. Fulfills other duties as assigned necessary for the efficient operation of the facility and organization.

Education/Training/Certifications:

Required: High School Diploma/GED

Preferred: BS/BA Degree

Experience: Sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required).

Skill(s):

  1. Proven organizational and time management skills.
  2. Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  3. Ability to show good judgment when responding to customer requests in a timely manner.
  4. An enthusiastic person with sincerity and compassion for the senior population.
  5. Professional appearance & proper phone etiquette without fail.
  6. Computer experience, CRM database a plus.
  7. Dependable & have flexibility with work hours.
  8. Demonstrates communication skills (oral & written).
  9. Good interpersonal skills in promotion and maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals both internal & external to the Community.
